Youth Training — Mobility for Young People

About the Training

The Youth Training was an international mobility experience designed to empower young people to better understand and take care of their own mental health and well-being. It brought together participants from five European countries in a safe, inclusive, and participatory learning environment grounded in Non-Formal Education.

Young people were not passive learners — they were co-creators of the experience. Their needs, expectations, and personal experiences shaped the programme before and during the mobility.
