The Well-being Weeks

The Well-being Weeks were implemented by all partner organisations as part of the project’s commitment to youth mental health and holistic well-being.

Across different countries and contexts, these weeks created safe and creative spaces where young people could:

  • Slow down and reconnect with themselves

  • Explore practical self-care strategies

  • Express emotions through creative activities

  • Strengthen social bonds and peer support

More than 400 young participants were engaged across Europe through workshops, reflective sessions, creative labs, and body-mind practices.
Each partner adapted the programme to their local reality while keeping a shared focus on accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful participation.

Here we present you the activities done in each partners well-being weeks.
